The last 4 months have brought many changes to our society.  The novel coronavirus pandemic that has taken the lives of over 145,000 Americans over the last 16 weeks.  Our Governor is warning us to wear a mask in public, practice social distancing and to work from home if possible, so as to prevent an increased outbreak that could overrun our hospitals.  It is a worrying time, but workers are still suffering serious job injuries and in need of legal assistance to help them navigate though Alabama’s workers’ compensation system; disabled citizens are still in need of help getting the Social Security Disability benefits they are entitled to receive-and these persons are already in a weakened condition which makes them more susceptible to coming down with COVID-19.
