Tell the Truth on your Job Application: In the South, we are taught to tell the truth.  We all know that lying only leads to more headaches down the road.  This is especially true when you are completing a Job Application and you are asked about previous injuries or pre-existing problems.

Many times, employees simply blow through any questionnaires about their physical condition.  If they are feeling good now, they figure any old injury is immaterial.  Additionally, many fear that being truthful about old injuries might compromise their ability to get the job for which they are applying.  No harm, no foul, right?
