Meet with a Lawyer From Home

2022 is a new year, full of changes and new challenges, but many things remain the same as we have all adopted to changes brought forth by the coronavirus.  One change that which has now become normal is the rise of virtual meetings.

COVID forced us all to learn how to go on with our lives in a safer manner, and one way that has really revolutionized our practice is meeting with our existing and new prospective clients virtually.  Not only do virtual meetings help keep people safe from the new variants of COVID-19, but it makes it easier for injured workers or the disabled to meet with and hire an attorney.  You no longer have to make time to drive into the City to meet with a lawyer to discuss your case.  No longer do you have to worry about child-care or asking for time off of work or trying to figure out how you can get to the attorney’s office.  For those who live in more rural areas, this has been a blessing as you can now easily hire an experienced attorney from the comfort of home.

Dealing with clients whom we cannot currently sit down with across the desk is not anything new for us.  As Alabama workers’ compensation attorneys, we have handled cases where our clients lived in different cities.  We have represented clients who lived as from California, New York State, Texas, Florida and places in between as many jobs require workers to drive through various States, and when they suffer a job injury in Alabama, they want an Alabama Workers’ Compensation lawyer.  Now, we are able to continue representing clients who live throughout the country and see each other while talking through a Zoom appointment, and we can do the same for more local clients and potential clients who would rather meet with an attorney from their home.

All of the attorneys at Powell and Denny have over 30 years of experience handling Alabama Workers Compensation Claims and claims for Social Security Disability or SSI benefits.  Now- wherever you live-you can put the experience of Powell and Denny to work for you in your claim, all without having to drive in for an appointment and from the safety of your home.

You may also still schedule an in-person appointment.

If you would like to meet with one of our experienced Alabama Workers Compensation or Alabama Disability Attorneys-we can easily do so while ensuring that you are not unnecessarily exposed to the coronavirus.  We can email, fax or mail any needed paperwork to you and handle the case virtually until you are comfortable coming in to meet with us in person.  And for our existing clients-appointments can easily be scheduled so we can meet virtually to discuss your case as well.

If you have questions about your right to Alabama Workers’ Compensation benefits, or Social Security Disability or SSI benefits, don’t hesitate to contact and speak with one of the experienced attorneys at Powell and Denny today to schedule a  free consultation-either in person or virtually through Zoom if you prefer.
