Colorado Ski School Workers Most at Risk for On-The-Job Injuries

The other day I was reviewing articles covering workers compensation and Social Security Disability issues-as is my wont-when I came across an article that stated that ski instructors in Colorado were the workers most apt to suffer some type of job injury.  Living in Alabama, I had never really thought of how perilous the job of a Ski Instructor could be-but it makes sense. Most of the day you are on skis on the snow and ice with others who really aren’t that good at staying up on their skis.  I would think it would be even more precarious if you were an instructor at Alabama’s only Ski Resort- Cloudmont Ski Resort in Mentone.  Face it, we Alabamians-on a whole-are not good with snow or ice.
