Huntsville Workers Compensation Lawyers: Reached MMI Now What? What are My Rights? You have been told by your treating physician that, in his opinion, you have reached maximum medical improvement–now what?

The first thing you should know is that your right to temporary total disability (ttd) benefits or temporary partial disability (tpd) benefits stops once you have reached maximum medical improvement.

Next, if you have suffered a permanent physical restrictions, you will be given an impairment rating given your permanent limitations.
